Efficient Repairs and Maintenance Services:


We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services to our tenants. Our goal is to continually improve and ensure that all reported repairs are handled promptly and effectively.

Depending on the extent of the repair, we may need to return more than once to complete the job and it may extend beyond this timeframe if specialist parts are required that need to be customised, e.g. made to measure. If this does occur, we will let you know how long the repair is likely to take.

  • General/routine repairs.

Reporting a Repair:
To report a repair, contact our Maintenance Department during the following hours:

  • Opening Hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm
  • Telephone: 0207 392 9622

Emergency Works (Out of Office Hours):

Our Out of Hours Emergency Services are available from 5.30pm to 9.30am, 7 days a week.

  • Contact: 020 7392 9622 (directed to Out of Hours staff)

  • Gas Leak or Supply Failure: National Grid Emergency Line – 0800 111 999
