We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services to our tenants. Our goal is to continually improve and ensure that all reported repairs are handled promptly and effectively.
Depending on the extent of the repair, we may need to return more than
once to complete the job and it may extend beyond this timeframe if
specialist parts are required that need to be customised, e.g. made to
measure. If this does occur, we will let you know how long the repair is
likely to take.
