We operate in six London boroughs, working with local authorities and housing
associations to manage and support housing strategies. Our stock and managed homes are located in the following boroughs:

How to Apply for Housing:

We do not maintain a waiting list, so we do not take direct applications for housing. All new tenants are referred to us by referral agencies, such as local authorities.

Tenant Responsibilities

 As part of the letting process, we carry out identity and affordability checks before renting our properties. If successful, tenants must adhere to the following conditions:

All tenants must sign an agreement with Karin.
Tenants must treat Karin staff with respect and politeness.
Tenants must not pose a threat to their neighbours, staff members, contractors, or anyone representing the organisation.
Tenants must book an appointment to discuss matters in person at the office.
